Google Failed Taking Over Begun.Ru

Google may be able to win in all competitions to control the world market, but not for the Russian market. Several days ago, Google planned to buy Begun.Ru (a contextual advertising service in Russia, which is a subsidiary search engine Rambler.Ru) had failed to reach agreement.
According to a source that can be trusted, Begun.Ru purchase plan is not supported by Prime Minister Mr.Vladimir Putin. By this fact, Google can not control the market for Russia while at this time. The actually problem itself not related to Mr.Vladimir Putin, but Google failed to provide the needed document to close the deal according to Federal Antimonopoly Service - FAS statement.
