Just launched for few days, BuxWiz now facing the problem. When people visit the website, the message clearly states : “Bandwidth Limit Exceeded”. What it’s mean ?

I don’t what happens behind this, probably it was the bandwidth “empty” or it just a escape way to avoid some clicks by “clickers”. Let see for next few days ahead because I have visited this site several times, it already two days the bandwidth limit exceeded message.
